Konrad Kircher's passion is helping injured people. He has a nation-wide reputation as a leader in pursuing perpetrators of child sexual abuse. Konrad has been to the Ohio Supreme Court four times since 2005 on behalf of survivors of child sexual abuse, and he handles similar cases throughout Ohio with total verdicts in excess of $5 million. Konrad recognizes, though, that there is much more to validation of a survivor than just receiving money, and he strives to help address all aspects of the healing process.

In addition to sex abuse cases, Konrad handles employment and business litigation cases. He also handles civil rights claims for people who have been wronged by the police and other government officials. Recently Konrad was instrumental in two civil rights settlements totaling $5 million on behalf of two Ohio families who had loved ones killed by police officers.

Konrad is a native of Kettering, Ohio. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and received a Master's Degree in International Affairs from American University in Washington, D.C. He then served for five years as an infantry officer in the Marine Corps before returning to Ohio to attend law school at the University of Dayton School of Law. After graduating from the University of Dayton School of Law, Konrad practiced with the Bieser, Greer & Landis law firm, primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense and medical malpractice defense. In 1995, Konrad became half-owner of the law firm of Gottesman & Kircher, and in 1999, he started his own firm, which he owned until joining Rittgers & Rittgers in 2017.

Konrad's "free time" is usually spent with his five daughters or training for triathlons, in which he has competed off and on for twenty years.
