Lindsay Bozanich







Lindsay focuses on Domestic Relations - divorce, custody, and family law matters. Prior to joining Rittgers & Rittgers Lindsay was an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Dayton where she prosecuted thousands of cases. Most of the cases she handled were domestic violence and assault where she served as a strong advocate for victims of domestic violence. While there she gained valuable jury trial and bench trial experience and is familiar and comfortable in a courtroom setting. Her focus, determination, and compassion for people is what sets her apart.

Lindsay is from Youngstown, Ohio and attended Kent State University for her undergraduate studies. From there, she then went on to the University of Dayton School of Law where she was active in Moot Court. She participated in numerous Moot Court competitions, namely in Washington D.C., Cleveland, and locally.
