Biography

Jake Damron is an Ashland, Kentucky native who joined Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima after graduating from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in May of 2026.

Jake earned his undergraduate degree at Georgetown College where he was a member of the Men's Golf Team before attending NKU Chase College of Law in 2023. Before clerking with our office, Jake spent time clerking at civil defense firms in Lexington, and here in Northern Kentucky. During his final year of law school, Jake worked as a clerk in the Cincinnati office, was an advocate on the NKU Chase National Mock Trial Team, and served as the class representative for the full-time 3L class at Chase.

Jake found his passion for Plaintiff's work because of his own personal experiences. Suffering a birth-injury himself, he wants to represent and advocate on behalf of those who have suffered life-changing injuries in pursuit of obtaining justice for themselves and their families.

At Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima, Jake is joining the catastrophic injury team. Jake will be advocating for clients with full force, striving to obtain the full value of their claims, and zealously advocating on their behalf.

In his free time, Jake is an avid golfer, West Virginia sports fan, and enjoys travelling across Kentucky and neighboring states to spend time with his family and friends.
