Butler County Diversion Program – Coronavirus Update

by | Mar 15, 2020 | OVI Defense

Due to the current situation with the coronavirus outbreak, we understand that in-person classes are not ideal for the Butler County Prosecutor’s diversion program. As a proactive firm, we reached out to the local educational providers to see what could be done to protect our client’s health and wellness, as well as the community.

After discussion and review, Community Behavioral Health agreed to allow those participating in the diversion program to utilize their online course, which typically is only available to those who live 150 miles or more outside of the area. If you previously signed up to take an in-person course, you should contact Community Behavioral Health directly and ask them to transfer the class deposit to an online course. If this applies to your situation, you may email Tracy Bradley – [email protected] or John Andrews – [email protected]. John’s at our office.

As always, we are also happy to assist.
