Annie Rittgers founded and runs 17a, a boutique consultancy focused on improving public service delivery.  17a works on issues related to health, education, and economic development - and has spearheaded work to bring better technologies to the fight against opiates in Southwest Ohio. Annie grew up in Lebanon, Ohio and is the daughter of Charles H. Rittgers and Ellen Rittgers.  Before 17a, she worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in San Francisco and as an investment banker at Barclays Capital in New York.

Annie is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers.  She holds a law and business degrees from Harvard University, and a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College.

In her spare time, Annie loves spending time with her family and being outside.  She is glad to be living in Ohio again, after a decade away from home.
