Title IX

Title IX requires any school receiving federal funding to treat male and female students equally. If a school learns of a situation or environment that is hostile to students, it must act to eliminate the problem, put measures in place to prevent it from happening again and hold those responsible for it accountable. Sadly, schools' responses to these situations are often inadequate or nonexistent.

The Title IX attorneys at Rittgers & Rittgers have decades of experience securing equal access to education for victims of sexual abuse, sexual assault, rape and sexual harassment on high school and college campuses. We will stand up to the school or institution that has failed you to ensure that you receive the education you deserve in a safe environment.

If you are suffering from abuse at school, call the Title IX attorneys at Rittgers & Rittgers today at 513-932-2115 for a consultation.
